A 7 DAY CHALLENGE FOR SINGERS

THE 7-DAY VOCAL REBOOT

Get unstuck and move forward with your singing...

so you can go after the opportunities you've been dreaming of.

$37 until November 7th

Let me guess...

You're ready for something more with your singing, but something still feels stuck...

You love the idea of singing with freedom, putting yourself out there, and going after the singing opportunities you've been dreaming of.

Maybe you're singing regularly, but you find yourself overthinking, second-guessing, or holding back when it's time to take a risk.

Or maybe you've taken a break from singing, and even though you miss it, something is making it hard to get back to it. Maybe you're not sure where to start, you're worried you've lost some of what you once had, or you keep putting it off until you feel more ready.

Either way, you know there's more you want to explore and express through your voice.

And you know that to get there, you need to trust yourself, take creative risks, and stop letting self-doubt call the shots.

But there's a problem...

It's hard to move forward when you're caught up in your head, worried about getting everything right, or unsure how to take that next step.

You can spend hours practicing and trying to improve, only to find yourself second-guessing your choices or playing it safe. Or you can spend months thinking about getting back to singing, wishing you could find the time, confidence, or motivation to begin.

And it's frustrating! You love singing. You have goals and dreams. You know there's more you want to experience with your voice.

So why does it sometimes feel like you're the one standing in your own way?

At this point, you may be thinking:

There's got to be a better way.

A way to get out of your head and feel more freedom when you sing.

A way to quiet your inner critic, trust yourself, and take creative risks without needing everything to be perfect.

A way to stop putting off the singing you want to do and start taking meaningful steps toward what's possible for you.

Good news >>> There is a way to get unstuck and move forward with your singing.

Ready for a relationship with your voice that feels a little less complicated?

You know... one where you can:

✔️ Sing without analyzing every little thing. Get out of your head, quiet the running commentary, and actually be in the music instead of monitoring every note.

✔️ Trust yourself a little more. To make a bold choice, take a creative risk, and put yourself out there in big ways that move you towards your dreams.

✔️ Feel more at ease when you sing. To let go of some of the pressure you're putting on yourself and make room for more freedom, expression, and joy.

✔️ Stop waiting until you feel ready. Whether you're working toward a singing goal or finding your way back after time away, to take that next step without needing to have it all figured out.

✔️ Remember what you love about singing. To give yourself permission to play, explore, make mistakes, and discover what's possible when you're not trying so hard to get everything right.

It's time to stop letting overthinking and self-doubt get in the way of the singing you want to do.

Enter… the 7-Day Vocal Reboot.

Before we go any further....

"Why SHOULD you care about the mental blocks? Isn't this a vocal technique thing?

Your voice needs to be used. That is a fact. They are muscles. They gotta be worked out.

But here's what I've learned after decades of studying and performing and teaching:

your technique doesn't exist separately from the person using it.

You can have the technique and still freeze when someone is watching.

You can know exactly what you're supposed to do and completely lose access to it when your nervous system goes into overdrive.

You can have the intention to come back to singing after time off and still not do it (even though your heart longs to!) because of the fear getting in the way.

That's why we work with the whole person.

Include the body and the mind, AS WELL as the voice.

The goal isn't to choose between technical work and mindset work. It's to bring them together so you can actually use your voice the way you want to when it matters.

TRADITIONAL APPROACH

– Focuses mainly on technique and vocal output

– Often separates voice from the rest of your life

– Can lead to fixating “getting it right”

– Emphasizes sounding a certain way (often based on external standards)

– Positions the teacher as the authority

WHOLE PERSON APPROACH

– Works with your whole system: voice, body, mind, and emotions

– Integrates your life experiences into your singing

– Prioritizes support, awareness, and sustainability over perfection

– Focuses on expression, connection, and your unique sound

– Positions you as the authority of your voice

Knowing you want to be singing... moving forward with those dreams of yours.... is one thing. Making it happen is another story.

Until now.

Goodbye, complicated feelings. Hello, connection!

For years, I've watched talented singers who LOVE to sing.... get stuck in their own heads. (And hey, been there, done that! I get it.)

Not because they weren't talented.

Not because they weren't working hard enough.

Not because they didn't have what it takes.

Because somewhere along the way, singing got complicated.

Maybe they started second-guessing themselves, worrying about what other people thought, or feeling like nothing was ever quite good enough.

Maybe they were so focused on getting everything right that they lost touch with the joy of actually singing.

Or maybe they'd stepped away from singing for a while, and now, even though they missed it, they couldn't quite figure out how to find their way back.

They wanted to feel free. To trust themselves. To express themselves fully.

But when it came to actually doing it?

Overthinking. Self-doubt. Perfectionism. Waiting until they felt ready.

And just like that, the singing they wanted to do started to feel further and further out of reach.

What if it didn't have to be so complicated?

What if, instead of trying harder, fixing every little thing, or waiting until you felt more confident, you could learn to approach your singing in a different way?

A way that helps you get out of your head, reconnect with your voice, and make room for more freedom, confidence, and joy.

That's why I created the 7-Day Vocal Reboot: a little space to step back from the pressure, try something new, and start moving forward with your singing.

You don't have to figure it all out before you begin. You just have to begin.

LET'S HANG OUT FOR A WEEK!

Hey there, I'm Erin.

I help singers reclaim joy in order to sing confidently, freely and share their authentic selves.

As a Voice Teacher and Mindset Coach, I work with artists that are ready to be free from that inner judge so that they are able to take more risks, prioritize themselves, and experience creative freedom.
I love helping singers step into that fullest version of themselves.

As a former Broadway performer with performance anxiety I know how difficult it can be to bring your full self to the equation.

I struggled for years dreading performances, beating myself up for every little mistake and playing small.

Becoming a certified mindset coach was a turning point for my work as a teacher as well as a singer. Doing that deep dive within myself has allowed me to find that freedom I was longing for, that joy and that ease. My mission is to bring those discoveries to you for that deep transformation you are longing for.

It is my priority to create a safe, loving, professional space for you to connect to your voice.

→A safe space in which to explore.
→A safe space in which to grow.
→A safe space in which to step into the fullest version of yourself.

>>> What would change for you if, instead of feeling blocked in your voice, you could experience joy, freedom and passion in your singing practice?

Pretty awesome to imagine, right? Let's make it your reality!!

In just 1 week, connect to your heart, your passion, your voice.

7 days. 30 minutes a day. + 2 Live Calls.

Get unblocked. Get moving. Get singing.

Day 1 — Arrive & Connect

Live Call kickoff + meditation + journaling + vocal warmups

Set your intentions for the week.

Reconnect with vocal warmups, gentle exercises, and practices that help you check in with your voice and mind.

Learn about the vocal exercises you will be using throughout the week to help you:

  • Build efficient coordination & balance.
  • Experience more freedom, range, stamina and flexibility.
  • Set up ideal conditions for the vocal folds to come together in an easeful way.
  • Help your voice recover from fatigue or sickness.
  • Reduce strain.
  • Additionally, discover how they can be used as a mindfulness practice.

And short, simple mindfulness exercises that will allow you to regroup at a moment's notice.

Day 2 — Give Your Voice Some TLC

SOVTs + gentle warmup, At Ease Break, Journaling

Becoming your own best teacher. Learning to guide your practice sessions with loving ears and wisdom.

Explore your semi-occluded vocal tract exercises (straw phonation, lip trills, etc.). Invite them to notice sensations and changes without obsessively evaluating the sound.

Day 3 — Appreciate your voice

SOVTs + gentle warmup, At Ease Break, Journaling

Falling in love with your voice. Appreciating and giving gratitude. What makes it special? What are the qualities that set you apart? Use the course journaling prompts and warmup.

Day 4 — Gaining clarity

SOVTs + gentle warmup, At Ease Break, Journaling

Reconnecting to purpose and your vision. Mapping out next steps.

Day 5 — Make Room for Play

SOVTs + gentle warmup, At Ease Break, Journaling

Make room for a little more freedom and joy.

Give yourself permission to explore, experiment, and enjoy the process without turning every practice session into a performance review.

Experiment without getting it right- the best way to problem solve.

Prompts for adding play into your practice to bring in freedom, joy and power.

Day 6 — Dialing down the inner critic

SOVTs + gentle warmup, At Ease Break, Journaling

Bring awareness to what's happening behind the scenes.

Notice the thoughts, expectations, and habits that influence how you approach your practice—and experiment with a different response.

Have a personal singing date

Choose something you love and spend a little time singing it without making the session about fixing, achieving, or preparing for someone else's approval. Let yourself enjoy it.

Day 7 — Celebrate & Keep Going

Closing live call + reflection, SOVTs + gentle warmup, At Ease Break, Journaling

What did you notice? What felt different? What do you want to carry into your regular practice? Where are you headed? Next steps and intentions.

By the end of the week, you can…

  • Count on more confidence in how your voice feels and responds
  • Be able to differentiate between the negative voices and your wise inner coach
  • Reconnect to inspiration, get realigned with your vision and have next steps in place for moving forward toward your dreams as a singer!

You need this challenge if you are....

The overthinker

You know what you want your voice to do. So why is it sometimes so hard to let it happen?

You analyze every note. You second-guess your choices. You get stuck trying to make everything sound right.

And sometimes, the harder you try, the more tense, frustrated, or disconnected you feel.

The perfectionist

You're tired of letting perfectionism have the final say in your singing.

You hold yourself to high standards. You hear every flaw. You might struggle to enjoy a practice session because you're too busy evaluating how you're doing.

You want to improve, yes. But you don't want every note to feel like a test you have to pass.

The blocked singer

You know there's more available to you than what you're currently able to access.

Maybe nerves kick in when you sing for other people. Maybe your inner critic gets loud. Maybe you freeze up, play it safe, or lose confidence just when you want to let go.

You're ready to stop treating these patterns as something you simply have to live with.

The motivated returner

You're ready to get your voice back into shape—and you want to approach it differently this time.

Maybe you've taken a break from singing. Maybe your voice feels out of practice, or your old routines aren't serving you anymore.

You're motivated to put in the work, but you want a practice that supports you rather than becoming one more thing to criticize yourself over.

The serious singer

You're serious about your singing.

You want to improve your voice. You're willing to put in the time. Maybe you're taking lessons, preparing for performances, singing regularly, or working hard to get back into shape after time away.

You want to feel more confident in your voice, more consistent in your practice, and more connected to the reason you started singing in the first place.

The Curious Singer

You've always wanted to sing, felt a strong pull to explore this side of yourself but never had a reason until now.

You LONG to belt out your favorite song, but never felt you were allowed to. Calling yourself a singer has felt wrong, like an identity other people had, but not you.

But now you wonder if that could change.

In a nutshell...

  • You love to sing. You've put in the work, but when the stakes are high your body can betray you.
  • You're tired of feeling like performance anxiety is getting in the way of the singer you know you can be.
  • You find yourself overthinking, monitoring, or judging yourself when you perform.
  • You want to feel more present, expressive, and free when you sing.

Questions?

You don't need another person telling you to believe in yourself. You need practical ways to work with what's happening when you sing.

If you are ready to step into the shoes of a confident singer...

Join me for this special 1 week event and stop second guessing your abilities and start owning your voice.

I know this whole singing thing can feel overwhelming. I know the negative voices can be so loud that it stops you in your tracks sometimes. I know it can seem like getting gigs and sharing your voice is almost impossible these days.

But, it doesn't have to be that way. Give me a week, and I'll show you the alternative. 🙌

I WANT IN!
